Thoroughly combine the burger ingredients mixing very well until smooth and evenly combined.
Divide the mixture into 4, roll into a ball then flatten to make a patty.
Heat a large frying pan, add the oil and fry the patties for about 8 minutes each side until cooked through and a nice crust has formed.
Toast the cut faces of the burger buns and assemble as you like
