1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In large skillet melt butter on medium heat. Add diced kohlrabi and gently cook 8-10 minutes
3. Beat the egg yolk and whisk in heavy cream, flour, nutmeg, salt & pepper until well combined.
4. Place half of the cooked kohlrabi on the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer ham & parsley and top with remaining kohlrabi. Pour sauce ingredients on top.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly brown.
