Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice zucchini in half length-wise. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place zucchini, cut side down, on prepared pan. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until zucchini is easily pierced with fork. Let cool until it can be safely handled.
2. Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse until smooth. Scrape down sides and puree for 7-10 minutes.
3. Chill 2 hours before serving.
