Suggest a better description1) Soak bread crumb in milk
2) Dice the onion and mix with the beef
3) Mix in soaked bread crumb. Discard the milk.
4) Beat 3 eggs into the mix
5) Salt (2tsp) and Pepper (2tsp) to taste
6) Add Montreal Steak (lots of it)
7) Add finely grated potato
8) Add a little bit of flour (to bind the mix together)
9) Mix well
10) Heat a pan covered with generous amount of oil
11) Use wet hands to shape the kotlets
12) Dunk into more flower on both sides and cook on both sides covered until golden brown
