dust with flour, let it sweat and then fill up with the hot stock.
Cook for 30 minutes at low heat.
Afterwards add all additional ingredients expepting cream and mix till getting a creamy consistence.
Add the cream, season to taste and boil it up just one more time.
Garnish with wiped cream and pumpkinseed oil &/or balsamico karamell
