After dredging the chicken breasts in flour add 3 tsp. of butter to a pan and sear chicken till a golden brown. Remove to a plate and put into a 300 degree oven to keep warm. In a bowl mix all of the honey ingredients. Add 1 stick of butter and the heavy cream to the pan and melt the butter. Add the honey mixture to the pan and simmer. Add the chicken to finish cooking.
