For the dough (Muerbteig):
Mix butter and cheese well. Add heavy cream, salt, paprika powder. Mix baking powder with flours and add to the bowl. Knet the dough well.
Divide dough into 3 pieces and wrap into aluminium foil. Let cool in fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 410 degrees.
Take the dough out, form the cookies, top with egg yolk and nuts of your choice. Bake for 10-15 minutes and let cool well.
