Melt butter in 9X13 pyrex dish.Spread on all sides and botom, Pour excess in a seperate bowl.
Cook noodles and drain. Mix butter and all other ingredients into a bowl.Pour everything into the pyrex baking
dish. Cook on 350@ for45 mins.
