Cook Kumara in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and leave to cool. Combine Kumara and Spring Onions in serving bowl. In another bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Curry powder and salt. Pour mixture over Kumara. Toss to coat. Garnish with Walnuts.
