Suggest a better descriptionHeat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Then add the bacon. Cook until done. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the sour cream, cottage cheese and eggs. Mix until
incorporated.
Now add the chopped cooked spinach, sautéed onion & bacon and cheese.
Mix well. Transfer to baking dish. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 30 – 40
minutes or until set and brown.
Serve with fresh herb salad.
PS: I make muffins out of these instead, then freeze them and take out as needed.
Do not defrost in microwave, rather leave out at room temperate.
