Knoblauchscheiben, Kräuterblättchen, Öl und Zitrone verrühren. Lachs in 4-6 Stücke schneiden, pfeffern. In einer flachen Schale mit dem Zitronenöl beträufeln und 2 Stunden kühl durchziehen lassen. Ab und zu wenden.
Lachs aus der Marinade nehmen, salzen und jeweils auf ein Stück geölte Alufolie setzen. Kanten etwas hochklappen. Lachs auf dem heißen Grill ca. 10 Minuten Grillen, mit Kräutern und Zitrone servieren.
