Line 9x13 pan with one package of ladyfingers (face down).
Mix 1 cup milk with vanilla pudding. Mix until thick; add 1/3 of the Cool Whip. Spread on top of ladyfingers.
Mix 1 cup milk with chocolate pudding. Mix until thick; add 1/3 of the Cool Whip. Spread over ladyfingers. Spread remainder of Cool Whip over top.
Grate Hershey's bar over the top. Or any chopped candy bar of your choice.
Chill (best when chilled overnight).
