Mix all ingredients and knead on floured service. Coat bowl and dough with olive oil.Set aside in warm spot until dough doubles in size. 1 1/2-2 hours.
Knead on floured surface until no longer sticky.
Line tray with parchment paper. Shape into flat oval. Punch finger tip impressions. Set aside to rise again (1/2 hour)
Bake on 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
