2. Ha laksefiletene i en ildfast form og pensle med olje og krydre med maldonsalt og nykvernet pepper. Knus rosépepper med baksiden av en skje (evt. i en morter) og fordel over laksen.
3. Kok skrelte poteter møre i usaltet vann. Ca. 5-10 minutter inn i koketiden setter du laksen i ovnen.
4. Stapp potetene når de er ferdige. Varm melken og ha oppi sammen med smør. Tilsett evt. hakket vårløk eller gressløk.
5. Kok grønnsakene.
