1. Mix patty ingredients together and roll into 6 even balls
2. Pre-heat grill for buns and fry pan on medium heat for patties
3. Cook burgers on each side for approx 5-7 minutes
4. Toast your buns

c) Tomato
d) Beetroot
e) Patty
f) Tzatziki
g) Bun
Serve with fries, poppers or just on their own
