Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl stir together yogurt, cinnamon, allspice, salt and cayenne. Add garlic, mint, lemon peel and honey and blend well. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Trim lamb chops. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side, to medium doneness. Pour yogurt sauce evenly over all.
