Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Form into 16 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheets.
Drizzle meatballs with oil and bake until golden and cooked through, 20 minutes.
Serve with yogurt/mayo sauce (with lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs)
SOUS VIDE METHOD
Try forming patties and cooking at 135 F for 45 minutes. Then sear on grill or in pan.
