Suggest a better descriptionSet oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except Fresh Mint Sauce. Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about I inch thick. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium or until desired doneness. Serve with Fresh Mint Sauce. Microwave Directions: Mix all ingredients except Fresh Mint Sauce. Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about l inch thick. Place patties on microwavable rack in microwavable dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes, until patties are almost done. Let stand covered 3 minutes.
