Suggest a better descriptionPrepare the lamb and chop the garlic and herbs
Mix together the marinade ingredients (olive oil,lemon juice, black pepper)
Marinade the lamb for at least 1/2 hour but add no salt until it starts to cook
Either grill on the bbq or under an indoor grill or on a skillet
Get the heat as high as you can and cook for only a few mins on either side
Sprinkle with salt as soon as it goes on the heat
Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over the lamb
Serve hot with a side dish of sautéed courgettes with lemon
