Cream butter and sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks. Add flour gradually. Make into balls with very small ice cream dipper and press down with two fingers. Bake at 375° for 10 min in an ungreased pan. Hint: When making whole recipe it is very hard to mix, make ½ at a time. Let the cookies coo on pan for a couple min before removing. Makes 140 - 2 ½ in. cookies
