Suggest a better description1. For the meatloaves, combine beef, salt, onion, milk, rolled oats, and pepper. Shape 6 individual ,eat loaves and put in a shallow pan. 2. For the topping, combine the catsup, mustard, and brown sugar. Spread over the meat loaves. 3. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
