Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground beef with onions, garlic and seasonings; discard fat. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste; simmer 10 minutes. Blend ricotta and eggs. Spray a thin coating of canola oil inside a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of noodles. Add all the ricotta and half of the mozzarella. Add another layer of noodles. Add half of the meat sauce and top with a final layer of noodles. Top with remaining meat sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
