Suggest a better description1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and crumble. Add onion, 1/2 of a clove of garlic (finely minced) and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add tomato paste and stir for one minute. Add broth, tomato purée and the milk. Reduce to low heat. Stir basil. Simmer to thicken, about fifteen to twenty minutes.
3. For the garlic bread: hear the oil in a small pan over medium heat. Melt the butter into the oil. Add 1/2 of a glove of garlic and stir for one to two minutes. Remove from heat. Stir the parsley into the butter.
4. Meanwhile, set the oven to broil. Once the oven is heated, lightly toast the bread under the broiler (watch bread closely as it will brown VERY quickly). Brush the rolls with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for one minute.
5. Put meat on the piece of bead so the bread is at the bottom and serve!
