2. Combine ricotta cheese, garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper. Fold in parsley, basil, and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
3. Spread marinara sauce over dough; dollop ricotta mixture over top. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake as pizza crust package suggests.
