Prepare cheese mixture by stirring ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and line noodles on a sheet of waxed paper.
Spread cheese mixture evenly over noodles.
Spread meat and sauce over all noodles.
Spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce in a 13x9 baking dish.
Cover noodles with 1/2 cup of pasta sauce, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Cover dish with tin foil
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes
