Not sure where my Dad got this recipe...it might have been from my Aunt Peg Wehler.
Cook meat, onion and garlic. Add tomato paste, then water. Add spices and simmer. Mix eggs and ricotta in small bowl.
Layer in a 9X13 Pan:
Spread a thin layer of sauce, top with noodles. Then add thin layer of meat, top with ricotta mix. top with cheese and noodles. Then add1/2 remaining meeat and cheese then noodles resto of meet and top with cheese. Sprinkle top with Parmesean.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Rest 5, cut and serve.
