Suggest a better descriptionbrown the ground beef and onion and add marinara sauce. Mix ricotta, cream cheese, egg and about a 1/2 cup or so of Italian blend cheese (I also put some Italian herbs in) mix together until creamy. In a baking dish first layer some meat mixture then later with noodles then layer with ricotta mixture. I also add some mozzarella cheese on top of ricotta. Then repeat layers. Top with a mixture of Italian blend cheese and mozzarella.
