Fry ground beef and onion
Drain Grease
Add all ingredients to pan except noodles
Simmer for 30 min
Cook noodles according to directions on box
Drain noodles and rinse with cold water
Layer in 9x13 pan- 1) sauce, 2) noodles, 3) cottage cheese, 4) mozzarella cheese 5) Parmesan cheese
Omit cottage cheese for last layer
Bake at 350 for 30-45min
