Place HALF the noodles in 13-9 inch baking dish; spread HALF the cottage cheese mixture over; and HALF the mozarella cheese and HALF the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake at 375? for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
