Cook and drain ground beef
Saute veggies with ground beef until a bit soft
Add spaghetti sauce and canned mushrooms
Spice the sauce to your taste
Cook the lasagna noodles
Mix the Cottage Cheese with the egg
Layer: Sauce (a bit to cover bottom of pan), Noodles, Sauce, Cottage Cheese , Noodles, Sauce, Noodles, Sauce, Mozarella Cheese
Bake at 350 - 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until bubbling
