Lasagna with sausage
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook meat, onion, and garlic. Stir in undrained diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce, basil, and salt. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles, drain and rinse. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, and add ricotta, 1/2 cup of the parmesan, and 1 tsp salt. Layer half of the noodles in a 9x13 inch pan. Spread with half of the mozzarella, half of the ricotta, and half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
