Very tasty lasagna recipe. Easy to prepare.
Can make earlier in day, refrigerate, and then bake just prior to serving.
Cook onion, beef, garlic. Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water.
Add salt, oregano, pepper, and sugar.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Cook lasagna noodles. Drain.
Arrange 1/3 of noodles in bottom of 9x13 pan, spread 1/3 of tomato sauce over noodles, top with 1/3 of ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. Repeat this two times. Top with Parmasean cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
