Overnight lasagna

Spray bottom of pan with cooking spray.
Add 2 tbsp of water to bottom
place uncooked noodles inside (may need to break)
cook onions and garlic in pan until soft.
Begin preparing meat sauce
Place hamburger in pan
Cook on medium heat, stir often
Drain grease and return to pan
Put tomato sauce in pan and add seasonings and simmer
Pour a layer into lasagna
put a layer of mozzarella, then noodles, then sauce
Add a layer of cottage cheese and ricotta
Add more layers of noddles, meat sauce, and cheese.
Top with mozzarella.
spray foil with cooking spray and cover
refrigerate overnight
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until bubbling. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes.
