A family favorite! Hope you enjoy:)
1. Add spaghetti sauce to browned hamburger. Add onion & garlic powder & let simmer.
2. In a small bowl combine; cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley or oregano.
Set aside.
3. In a 8X11 or 9X13 dish, layer 2 times; sauce mixture, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, then
mozzarella cheese. Repeat layer.
4. I usually sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese & oregano on top before baking.
5. Cover with foil, bake 375*(F) for 1 hour.
Note: I usually take foil off the last 15 minutes to brown edges. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
