Beef and cheese lasagna
Brown meat, drain, mix in sauce and water well. Simmer a few minutes until you are done with cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix together cottage cheese, parsley, eggs, parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella, and half of the monterey jack cheese.
In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture. First put about 1 cup of sauce on bottom of pan, layer 4 noodles on top of sauce, cover noodles with 1 cup of sauce. Spoon half of cheese mixture over noodles. Then put another layer of noodles, then sauce, then cheese mixture. Put the last layer of noodles on top and cover with remaining sauce.
Then spread other half of monterey jack and mozzarella cheese on top, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour at 350. The last 15 minutes of cooking time, remove the foil.
I like to use Classico tomato basil pasta sauce. Use the biggest jar (28-32 oz) you can find. I use shredded cheese (parmesan, mozzarella, and monterey jack) that is already packaged in the dairy department. If you can't find the monterey jack in a package, then just use all mozzarella instead.
