Suggest a better descriptionCook meat, onion and garlic until browned then drain. Add tomatoes and next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles in salted water with oil. Beat eggs, add ricotta, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, parsley, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Layer noodles, ricotta, cheese and meat. Bake @ 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or 45 minutes if cold.
