Boil noodles (bring water to boil before adding noodles. add pinch of salt).
Afterwards, rinse and place in big pot of tap water.
Boil till tender.
Brown Hamburger. (Be careful not to heat pan to high).
Drain excess fat.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Watch for the browning of the cheese around the edges.
Take any excess and make another pan if you want.
Add spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, water, onion, garlic powder. Mix all together in the hamburger for the sauce. (on simmer for 20 minutes).
In separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, egg products.
Thaw spinach and add.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
Use two 10 x 14 pans.
Drain noodles. Place in a pan.
Place layer of noodles at bottom of 10 x 14 pan.
Add layer of the meat sauce.
Add layer of cheese sauce.
Keep adding layers to fit the pan,
Pour shredded mozzerella cheese on top.
Sprinkle ramano on top. Finished.
Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.
