Lasagne. Family favorite
Fry the meet in the heated oil until brown. Add the stock and tomato and onion mixture. Cook for 15 minutes over a low heat. The meat must be quite saucy.
Add the soup powder and mix into the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients. (Excluding margarine, flour, milk and cheese)
Make the bechamel sauce with the margarine, flour and milk. Layer into an oven pan, start with the meat, then the lasagne sheets, end with the lasagne sheets.
Cover with the bechamel sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving
