Suggest a better description- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a pan fry off the mince until brown and place to one side. Then in the same pan add onions, garlic and chilli, cook for a further ten minutes until soft. Also remember to season with salt and pepper.
- Add the tinned tomatoes, browed mince and sugar to the mixture and cook for 30 minutes on a low heat. Finish with basil.
- Begin to build your lasagne by placing a layer of tomato mix and placing the lasagne sheet on top and adding the cheese, keep building until the mixture is done.
- Place the completed lasagne on a preheated oven at 180°C and Bake for a further 40 minutes until topping is set with a nice golden brown colour. Complete the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
