Home made Beef Lasagne
Fry of mince, add chopped vegetables, tin tomatoes, puree, herbs, spices and stock. Bring to boil and leave on simmer with lid on for an hour. Remove lid and reduce. Meanwhile prepare cream sauce, add butter, flour and milk to put, whisk continuously until comes to simmer and thickens, then reduce heat to lowest setting and cook for a further 10 mins whisking continuously. Add nutmeg, seasoning and cream. Layer dish with meat, pasta, sauce, meat, pasta etc finishing with sauce layer. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to oven for 30-40 mins on 180deg C. Serve with green salad and coleslaw.
