Oriental Fried Noodle Salad
Combine all dressing ingredients (vinegar through olive oil) in a saucepan. Stir well over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool. Toss the cabbage, green onions and almonds in a salad bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Just before serving add the noodles and toss thoroughly.
Option: add shredded bbq chicken or pork to make it a meal.
