Picture it: it's been a long week. The weekend is finally here. All you want to do is sit back with a beer and some wings - but not just any wings. How about something that hits every culinary point there is - from sweet to savory to spicy and ultimately just finger lickin' good, my Mexican Spiced Wings are just that. We start with our blank canvas - the chicken wing. They get a pat dry and we whip up a fantastic rub that has everything you can think of, and a little bit more. The base of our rub is paprika and it gets an addition of some killer spices including cayenne and brown sugar just to name a few. Cooking them couldn't be any easier - but put them into an oven and that's it. While they're roasting we whip up a fantastic chipotle ranch dipping sauce that's just as easy as it is tasty!
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine all of the seasonings. Be sure to mix well.
3. Evenly coat all of the chicken wings with the seasoning mix. Roast the wings for 25-30 minutes until they're golden brown. Serve with chipotle ranch dressing.
