Growing up in the country with and home cooked country meal everynight then moving to the city 1700 miles from home and eating fast on the go food is more of a change then i wanted. Making my best friends my mothers meals and treats brings me back to a happy child living back at home with my family and that is one of the best feeling that any adult can have.
One nice thing about old fashion country cooking is that there is no specific way to add things or mix them you just throw everything together in a bowl and stir after a while you dont even have to measure, just make sure the oven is at 375 for this and bake until golden brown and enjoy!
