The BEST chewy chocolate chip and toffee cookies EVER!
Pre-heat oven to 375. In a large bowl mix brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter until smooth. In separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry mix to the liquid bowl in 3 parts and blend with hands until mixed. The dough will be very dry. Mix in chips and skor bits until combined, then by heaping tablespoons drop the mounds onto un-greased baking sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden. ENJOY!
DO NOT roll into balls. Just drop them onto the sheets in mounds and bake, they will not flatten out like most cookies but that is the beauty of them, they are the chewiest cookies I have ever eaten even after a few days.
