Add 2 eggs to the sugar mixture and then beat in the sour cream mixture.
Mix the baking powder, vanilla and flour until sticky; chill for several hours.
Roll out thick, 1/4 inch. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
FROSTING:
BOIL 1/2 CUP BUTTER AND 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD 1/4 CUP CANNED MILK. STIR. BOIL 2 MINUTES. COOL. ADD VANILLA. BEAT IN POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL THICK.
