Soften both butters. Mix the crushed garlic (add as much garlic as you like) with the regular butter. Fold the regular butter into the softened, whipped butter. Add the tomato paste, a tablespoon at a time, until it’s a pretty salmon color. Adjust to taste, and add salt if necessary.
