This can be doubled, and the notes I wrote down (again I forget from where) indicate 2 pounds of chicken, but as I mentioned, I just pour this sauce over chicken thighs and leave them in the slow cooker while I’m at work. They come out so tender, they fall off the bone, and the sauce is delicious. It could be poured over rice, or whatever – I just pour it over the chicken on my plate.
Place chicken in the crock pot. Combine all ingredients to make the sauce and poor over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
