Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter ramekins generously and dust lightly with baking cocoa. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
Whisk the eggs and egg yolks in a medium bowl. Add the chocolate mixture, powdered sugar, and vanilla and mix well. Fill ramekins about 2/3 full. Bake for 10 minutes or just until the centers are barely set. The inside should remain liquid. Run a small knife around the edge to loosen the cakes. Remove to dessert plates or bowls and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
