mexican dinner. very easy to make!
1. Mix water, Seasoning Mix and tomato sauce until well blended.
2. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in 1 cup of the sauce mixture and beans. Spoon about 1/2 cup meat mixture into each tortilla. Fold over sides. Place seam-side down in greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over burritos. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. 350 degrees Bake 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Mexican Lasagna: Prepare sauce and meat mixture as directed. Alternately layer tortillas and meat mixture in baking dish, beginning and ending with tortillas. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake as directed.

I make this for my family and it is a hit every time. I alternate using chicken (shredded) or beef. Either way is delicious! It is also great reheated or cold.
