Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the drained green chilies with the drained salsa and layer over the beans. Spread sour cream over salsa, then the cheddar cheese. Drain the black olives and sprinkle over the cheese. Top with fresh cilantro and serve with tortilla chips
